When you create an account using Google or Discord OAuth, we receive your email address and public profile information provided by those services. We also store trade data, journal entries, and performance metrics that you voluntarily enter into the platform.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Tradexis platform — including trade analytics, AI-powered pattern recognition, and performance reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption. Cookies are used only to maintain your session.
We use Google OAuth and Discord OAuth for authentication. By signing in via these providers, you are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not store your Google or Discord passwords.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@tradexis.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Tradexis uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Tradexis is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of Tradexis after changes constitutes acceptance.
